Question
if you give your boyfriend oral sex and you drink his sperm and he has any type of disease, can you get that disease?
Answer
Yes - oral sex without a condom means you can get any sexually transmitted infection the male has, including HIV. It is a very bad idea to have oral sex without using a condom, particularly if your sexual partner has ever had sex with other people.
