I don't know why your period lasted so long. If that happens again you should go to your clinic and be checked out.
The smelly discharge is most likely Bacteril Vaginosis. That is an overgrowth of the bacteria in your vagina. That can easily be treated by your clinic or pharmacist.
Both HPV and Herpes are really common. Once you have HPV, we want you to get a Female Exam and PAP every year, but otherwise your are just like everyone else. These are not big issues.
