Question
I had oral, anal, and vaginal sex with my boyfriends in the past few years. I am currently not having sex. I have been tested for STDs and HIV and have come out negative. However, I have an itching in my throat sometimes that makes it difficult for me to breathe normally. I keep coughing and my eyes water. Also, sometimes when I defecate and it is solid and hard, my anus bleeds a light red color. I am embarrassed to tell my doctor or my parents about what I did, but I think I may need to ask them. What should I do?

I think you need fruits, vegetables and fiber in your diet to make your bowel movements softer, and I think you should go to your doctor or a Planned Parenthood to have a throat culture done. Do not be embarrassed, just go to the doctor!
