i have had a really dark brown vaginal discharge for the past 2-3 months now, and it's heavier than my period. i sometimes get bad pains in my sides and it's really painful during intercourse. i'm only 18 and i can't figure out the problem; have you any idea?

All I can say is please see a doctor, especially since you are sexually active! Brown discharge and pain can both indicate a sexually transmitted infection.
