Question
Hi. I'm 14, and not sexually active. I have skin attaching my foreskin to the head of my penis. I can masturbate and retract my foreskin, but the piece of skin stops it going all the way. I think it the condition called phimosis, but i am not sure. Thanks in advance.

The foreskin should retract all the way back to expose the entire head of the penis. If it is stuck or attached, then yes this is phimosis. Phimosis puts a man at increased risk for infections. Often this can be fixed with medications such as steroid creams, so I would recommend seeing an urologist or your own doctor.
