Hi, I'm going to be 18 in a month. My scrotum has already became very loose and my testicles have already started to sag. I've done research and couldn't find anything on it. Is this normal?
Answer
Yes, this is normal. The testicles need to regulate their temperature to produce sperm normally. The adult man's scrotum is loose so that the testicles can hang further away from the body when it is warm enough.
