Question
i am 15 and i will be 16 in less than a month and im just now about to get my permit. once i turn 16, if i have my permit can i get my license, or do i have to wait until i have had my permit for 6 months?

Here is the web site I found for MO: http://dor.mo.gov/mvdl/drivers/gradlaw.htm, which says you need to have your permit 182 days, and do 40 hours of driving with an adult between getting your permit and your license. Good luck!
