    Question

hi, i've had a lip piercing for more than 3 months now, but when i tried to change the ring, i couldn't get it thru, and there came blood. i've changed the ring before and there was no problem. What can i do now? i put in a stud but thru the wrong way and i'm kind of scared of taking it out.

    Answer

It may be that the piercing is at a different angle than you tried to put in it at - so I would go back to warm salt water rinses three times a day, let it rest and then try again. You could go back to the piercing studio, too - for suport next time you try.

As always - if the area is red, swollen, hot or pussing - please see your doctor.
