    Question

i know you said not to ask about rashes or lumps, but in the middle of the shaft of my penis there are small abrasion-like dots on the skin. i have not had sex in a year, but have had oral during that period. when i was having sex it was sometimes unprotected, but neither of us had sex with other people before. could it be an std? i am really stressing out, and would like some insight on what it might be.

    Answer

A lot of good it did for me to say - please no bump or lump questions - they really need to be seen by a doctor.

That said, if you and your partner have never had sex (which includes oral sex) with any person other than each other, then it cannot be a sexually transmitted infection, and you should stop worrying that it is.

Now, no one can say what it is though, and having a doctor look is a good idea.
