Question
How can I tell the difference between an infected ingrown hair or an STD? Are there different symptoms? I have a lump on one of the lips of my vagina that I am assuming is an ingrown hair, but i dont know. There is only one; not multiple. I popped it and clear liquid came out and it did not scab.

Chances are good it is an ingrown hair - so no popping! If it gets infected or worse - see your doctor.
