    Question

ok, i'm a lesbian. my girfriend and i have never had any other sexually partners, but now she is having a green mucus discharge. she is panicking and i am too now. what could it be? there is no itching or pain when she urinates. could it just be a slight infection?

    Answer

Panic will not help - but she should see a doctor. If her personal doctor is not an option, then make an appointment at Planned Parenthood - to be screened for sexually transmitted infection. Without previous partners that is not likely, but it gives you both a chance to talk with a clinician about risk and protecting yourselves.
