how do you put a tampon in your first time using them?
Answer
The instructions that come in the box are ususally quite good, but here are a couple of suggestions:
1. Buy the smallest tampons you can, usually a small or teen tampon;
2. You can put a little vaseline on the end of the applicator if the applicator does not slide in easily; and
3. Just relax, if you tense up, it is harder to insert. Good Luck!
