    Question

Hi, i seem to be having this problem. almost every day i get these crashes where i'm all happy and all of a sudden i crash and it's like instant depression. it's causing all kinds of problems. i want to know why it happens and what i can do. and if anyone else has this.

    Answer

The situation you describe could be related to a number of things going on in your life or even your physical state. As a teen, it is a time when many life circumstances and changes are occuring, some of them obvious and some of them not so apparent. It might be useful to schedule an appointment with either your medical doctor or a psychotherapist to help evaluate what is going on in your life that you are experiencing this feeling of "instant depression."
