    Question

My friends believes she had a miscarriage, and she's too scared to go to the gyno. I need to know what can happen if she doesn't go.

    Answer

If she is still bleeding or having any problems (fever, abdominal pain, dizziness), she should be seen--she could have an infection, retained parts or even a pregnancy in her tubes.

If she is not bleeding and feels fine she needs to do a pregnancy test. If the pregnancy test is negative then she does not need to be seen. If the pregnancy test is positive she needs to see someone for the same reasons as above.
