    Question

Hi, I'm 20 years old and I lost my virginity to my boyfriend this summer. We did have protected intercourse. After sex he told me I should urinate. I'm writing because I would like to know what steps should be taken after having intercourse? Is urinating really necessary? Should I wash? What should really be done?

    Answer

Urinating after intercourse can decrease risk of a bladder infection (urinary tract infection). Other measures you can do is take a shower or spray warm water over area after intercourse.
