    Question

I'm having BULGED nipples which I think started to DISFIGURE the whole PHYSIQUE of mine quite a long time from now - when I was about 16-17 years old. As experts say the phenomenon of this 'GROWTH' is common in about 60% of males and would gradually change is acceptable. But in my case the protruded nipples are still there; with little or no change. As this protuded part not being BODY FAT extensive excercise is too of no importance. When SURGERY is prescribed, again the fear of later INFECTIONS! So I seek an intermediatary path so I could reduce this 'NIPPLE PROTRUSION' EFFECT on the whole. Besides all those concerns are the emotional dilemma in this matter which haunts me once in a while. Hope you could come up with a solution.

    Answer

Best thing we can suggest is a long talk with your doctor, and include the enotional concerns you have - it is all important.
