The best way to do a pregnancy test is with the first urine you pee out in the morning. That is the strongest urine. If you do a pregnancy test in the morning and that one is negative then you don't need to worry about being pregnant.
As long as you are having a little bleeding it is probably from the birth control. If you have no bleeding at all you should see your clinic just to get your hormones checked.
