Question
I got married about 2 months ago. My husband is the first and only man I have ever been with (he is 24). I started to have some lower abdominal pain within the last month and after seeing my doctor I was told I have a 3cm cyst in my left ovary. The abdominal pain is constant and when I have intercourse with my husband we have to be very careful because I feel pain towards my left ovary. In the last 2 days I have noticed some really dark brown discharge and my period was over 6 days ago, is this normal? Also today I have been feeling very tired/weak, and with very strong back pain, could this be related?

I am sorry, but if you are not the only woman your husband has been with. You need to ask your doctor to check you for sexually transmitted infections. Do not delay and good luck!
