Question
my step daughter was rape by her brother-in-law 2 yr. ago. her sister went back to him. i need to know my next step. he is a dentist.

I am so sorry for everyone involved. I hope your step-daughter reports the rape, as she may have the power to protect other young women. I suggest you start at RAINN (www.rainn.org/) or 1.800.656.HOPE. They can speak with you or your step-daughter and link you with a local counselor who can help her make the decision about proceeding with the report as well as healing! Good luck!
