- An apple and two tablespoons of peanut butter: This combination satisfies your sweet and salty cravings, and gives you healthy protein and carbohydrates. Or an apple with low fat string cheese.
- A few whole wheat crackers paired with low-fat string cheese (whole wheat food items contain more fiber, which can make you feel fuller quicker and longer).
- Cottage cheese
- Yogurt and fruit: Try adding some berries to plain, low-fat yogurt for a satisfying treat.
- Low-fat milk: If you're just a little bit hungry, a nice glass of low-fat milk can fill you up without a calorie overload.
