Question

I have white spots on my arms--not anywhere else. How do i get rid of it?

Answer

There are several conditions that can give you white spots. One is a harmless fungal infection, and with that, you should also see similar spots on the trunk. Another is a harmless condition often seen in people with darker skin called pityriasis alba, which usually fades by itself with time. Other causes may be inflammatory, eczematous, or infectious. In order to get the right treatment, you need to find out the right diagnosis, so I recommend you have this checked by a dermatologist. Good luck!
