Question
When I am sexual aroused fluid comes out of my penis. It isn't just a drop or two, my girlfriend can lubricate my whole penis with it. She says this is not the same as other guys she has been with. Is this normal?
Answer
Absolutely normal. When aroused, there are some glands inside the urethra which make a clear fluid which may leak out of the tip of the penis.
