I'm 14. i noticed white bumbs under the head of my penis. i dont remember when i started having the bumps. it's like a pimple shape, small, white. Is it possibly an STD? I never had sex though.
Answer
No worries! Chances are good that they are perfectly normal, but have your doctor check at our next physical. You cannot have a sexually transmitted infection if you have not had sex.
