Question

I had a really itchy anus for a few weeks. i thought it was pinworms, but i don't think it is now. it has spread to my legs and testicles, and my penis now feels itchy occasionally. also, 2 or 3 red bumps appeared on the penis head, but have now gone away. also, i am starting to get itchy down my legs and up above my penis on abdomen. I scratch till the skin is raw, and then have little red dots from breaking the skin. help!

Answer

Itching rashes such as this are almost always easily treated once properly diagnosed. It needs to be seen to be properly diagnosed, however, so I strongly recommend you see your doctor for evaluation. From your description, possibilities include yeast infection other fungal infection like "jock itch," or even possibly scabies, as well as allergic reactions.
