    Question

I have a major problem. While me and my boyfriend are both in high school, he is 18 and I am 14. What are the laws against that?

    Answer

In most states it is illegal for anyone over 18 to have sex with someone under 18, and in many states, if there is three years difference, it is illegal, as well. There are better reasons than sex being illegal for you to choose not to be sexual. The younger you are when you start having sex the more likely you are to get pregnant and/or sexually transmitted infections, so waiting is a good thing. Please protect yourself.
