    Question

Hi. I'm a 20-year-old male and have had obvious sebaceous glands from the age of 14. However, I've noticed a white patch or ring just below my foreskin. Could this be cancer? Vitiligo? I've also noticed some small white patches on the testicular area.

    Answer

It certainly does not sound like cancer. Cancer is usually firm, irregular, like a brown colored little cauliflower. It could be vitiligo or eczema. You should probably show a dermatologist to be sure. Good luck!
