    Question

My 11 year old son has a small pea size watery like bump under skin at top left of scrodum. What could this be? Soft to the touch.

    Answer

Usually soft fluid-filled lumps are cysts and typically benign. If it persists or becomes red and painful, then I would suggest an evaluation with your pediatrician.
