Question
I don't mean to sound dirty but after a guy ejaculates and he doesn't wash his "head" of the penis theres like dry semen.
Is there a disorder involving that with a ring of dry semen forming around the ends of the glands?
However, washing it with plan water or soap didn't cure this problem.
Answer
I don't really understand the question. If you are suggesting that you have a ring of skin around the meatus that has the appearance of dried semen, there is such a condition, and it can lead to scarring and difficulty urinating. You definitely need to show it to a urologist or dermatologist.
