Question
Since last 2 months, i am facing a problem of automatic sperm discharge. Is it normal? I was not facing this problem before. When i myself don't make it to come out, it comes out automatically after 2-3 days. And every morning it comes out automatically and then during the whole day, it doesn't come.
Please provide me with the answer by this evening.

Spontaneous ejaculation in young men is considered normal. The usual term is "nocturnal emission," because the discharge usually happens during our dream/sleep cycle and is noticed in the morning.
If you are having any problem with erection, urination, or swelling, I would suggest seeing a physician. However, the symptoms you describe appear to be normal.
