Question
Can a person get mulluscum only by direct contact from someone who already has it? It's not a full breakout, it's just two very small bumps in which the doctor examined and confirmed them as mulluscum.
Answer
Molluscum can be spread by skin-to-skin contact, but the virus can also get on towels or bath sponges and be spread from one person to another with out actual skin-to-skin contact.
