Question
Now that I'm realizing that I'm not the only person with this problem. I recently started taking birth control pills again, and I had my period for like a week and half. After it was over, it started again about a week after again, and after it ended and currently I have this brown dark discharge. I took a pregnancy test which was negative. Is this all happening because of the pills?

Yes you are right, this is a common problem. Often, the first couple of months that you are on the pill you will bleed on and off.
This should stop by the time you are on your third pill pack. If there is a lot of bleeding, or it doesn?t stop by the third month, then see your doctor and he/she can change the dose of the pill.
