    Question

Hello. :) I've been having an odd, dark brown discharge all day, and it kind of worries me. I know it's common to have dark discharge a day or so after your period, but my last period was nearly two weeks ago. Could this still be that type of discharge after so long, or could it be some kind of infection? I'm not sexually active, so it isn't an STD, and I am almost 15, and have had pretty regular periods for about 3 years now (just an FYI). Thank you for your help. =D

    Answer

No worries. If you are not sexually active, it may be because you are ovulating and someone with really strong hormones is having a period. The effect of this is your body getting a bit worked up! If it stops after a day or so, no worries. Mark it on the calendar in case it happens routinely and as always, if worried, see your doctor!
