    Question

How do you keep from getting yeast infections?

    Answer

Yeast are a normal part of the vagina. Sometimes they grow too fast, which causes the uncomfortable itching. Yeast seem to like warm dark areas. Most people find if they are having trouble with yeast, the following things keep yeast from growing so fast: 1) Change your underpants soon after exercising 2) Wear cotton underpants and avoid tight jeans 3) Avoid eating large quantities of sweets and drinking sodas 4) Wear very loose pajamas and skip the underpants at night.
