Question
I have flat nipples and a 36A size. I'm still young and I haven't had my period yet. As I get more mature will I not have flat nipples anymore?
Answer
Nipples in teenagers are often flat. If they protrude ("stick out") when cold or stimulated, then they will probably poke out as you mature.
