What is it like to be gay and have anal sex? Does it hurt?
Answer
Well any time someone has anal sex it is important to remember that the tissue in the anus is very thin and tears easily, so it is important to always go slow, be gentle, and use a water-based lubricant and a condom. Because sexually tranmitted infections are passed when body fluids are shared (semen, blood, etc...), anal sex is the riskiest.
