Question
My skin is peeling in my whole pubic area. There are red bumps on my skin and its red and itches a whole lot. Scratching it only makes it worse. There are two small cuts on the backside of my testicles and I don't know what to do. Also I a virgin, so it couldn't be an STD.
Answer
You have a rash, also called a dermatitis. It can have many causes, including fungi or yeast infection, or mild bacterial infection or irritation due to sweating. It could also be a reaction to something you are wearing -- soap or underwear. It is important to have this diagnosed. The treatment is usually a cream and attention to good hygiene. Please see a doctor.
