I am 12 years old. Can I use a tampon?
Answer
Yes, you can use a tampon. Ask your mom to buy the smallest tampons. The first time you use it, put a little vaseline on the tampon, read the instructions and insert it slowly. They are great if you swim or have a heavy flow. Good luck.
