Question
Why is it not good for girls' health to sit on cold ground, and why shouldn't we keep our feet in the cold?
Answer
To my knowledge, from a Western medicine point of view, there is no reason to avoid the cold if you are female. I don't have enough background in the Eastern medicine perspective to tell you about that, though.
