Question
After my menstrual cycle, I have an after odor and tend to douche. What is the best way to cleanse myself after my cycle?
Answer
No! No! No! Not a good idea. The douching can force bacteria up into your reproductive tract, and take away all the healthy "flora" in your vagina that keep it clean, naturally. No need to do anything!
