Question
I am a nineteen-year-old on the pill and having sex. I also have a presistant Bacterail Vaginosis that I take medicine for. During the last couple of months, I notice a large amount of clear liquid during my periods. It is very slimy. The closest thing I can think of is that slime that little kids play with. I just wanted to know if this is normal or if I need to go to the doctor. Thanks.

If the discharge appears different or abnormal from your normal discharge, you should have your physician examine you to make sure it is not another bacterial infection.
