Question
I'm 14 and I have a series of white pipmle-like things under the head of my penis. I've tried rubbing them and they kind of fall off. Is this a type of std?
Answer
It is very hard to diagnose something without seeing it or gathering more information. I don't know if you are circumcised or not. You don't say if you are sexually active or not.
If you are not sexually active (sexual activity involves ANY sexual contact including oral sex, vaginal sex or anal sex with any other partner, male or female) then there is no risk for STD or sexually transmitted disease or illness.
The white bumps under the head of your penis may be a collection of oil and cells called smegma or may be related to small sebaceous glands.
If you have pain on the penis, fever or sores, go see your doctor. If you have discharge from your penis or pain when you urinate, go see your doctor.
