Question
I just recently had an abortion about a month ago, and I never went back up for my follow-up. I've had a period since. But before and after the period began to have a brownish discharge. Some days it's a little and other days it maybe a lot, but it doesn't flow out like a normal period. Is this normal?
Answer
No, this is not normal. Your period should be fairly normal by now. I would like you to go back to your clinic and be checked out. The doctors there will be able to check you for infections and retained tissue.
