Question
I'm 16 and there's a pea-sized lump under my scrotum that discharges white paste while squeezing. It's not attached to the testicle.
Answer
You are describing a sebaceous cyst. Such cysts are very common. They are filled with sebum, which is a waxy material secreted by glands in the skin. No treatment is needed unless they become infected, in which case they become red and very tender to touch. Picking at them and squeezing them may lead to infection, so it's probably better to leave them alone. If they become infected, warm baths may help them to open up to let the pus out, or a doctor may need to lance them.
