Question

I am 12 years old and have had had no sexual activity, but I have little bumps on top of my penis head and under it. Also, my skin is now dry on the top of my penis head. None of these things hurt -- I am just worried. Do I have a disease of some sort?

Answer

Chances are good that you do not have a disease, but sounds like dry skin. Try a little lotion and keep the area clean and dry - and if it does not get better, see your doctor!
