Question
I get little cuts on the underside of my penis when I have sex. I am not circumcised. It is really painful if I have the skinned pulled far back. It seems to heal quickly but gets re-cut when I have sex.
Answer
This is a difficult problem to heal. You can try applying an antifungal cream like Lotrimin daily for a week to see if helps. If not reasonable, try Hydrocortisone cream 1% as needed for a week to see if helps -- and if not, then best to see a doctor for further evaluation.
