    Question

I have 3 questions to ask: I have little bumps all over my scrotum and bottom of the penis what are they? When I ejaculate, a clear non-smelling liquid comes out of the penis and it is very sticky, but it's not white. What is this? Lastly, I have an indent or small hole above my penis hole that is red, And on my penis about every day a yellowish green scab occurs on my penis hold. It doesn't hurt but I would just like to knno what it is. Thank you for your time. I am 14 and I have been circumsized.

    Answer

As we have said before, it is always difficult to diagnose over the internet and no, don't send us pictures. The bumps you are describing over the scrotum and penis are most likely hair follicles and small sebaceous glands. There is a clear lubricating fluid that often precedes full ejaculation that is clear and sticky but not thick and whitish like semen. The small hole and scab your are describing sounds like minor trauma. This is something I would take to your health care provider if it doesn't simply resolve. Hope this helps.
