Question
I am not sexually active. I have had a brownish discharge for about a month now. I had an infection before this (Bacteria Vaginotis) and was treated for it. Then the brown discharge started. What should I do?

You need to go back to your health care provider. This does not sound normal, I am sure they can figure out what is going on.
