My boyfriend has HPV. We want to try sex without a condom. If he pulls out can I still get it?

Yes, you can get HPV from just having his penis in you. Actually, he shouldn't let his penis touch you at all unless it is wrapped in a condom --there is HPV all over the outside part of the penis.
