    Question

I recently had sex with a guy, and while I was doing oral I felt some lumps. When I looked there were two tiny holes around the base of the head of the penis. Out of one of them something like a white lump the size of the nail of my little finger came out and fell. It felt like hard wax. The other hole had a lump inside, too, but didn't seem to be big enough to let it come out. I am freaked out, do I have an STD now? Am I going to get this too? I asked the guy what this was, but he just shrugged it off saying this is normal. Please answer me I am really scared.

    Answer

I think you are describing smegma, trapped inside a pocket in the foreskin. It is not dangerous, just gross. It does not sound like any kind of STD, nor would it be contagious. Smegma is a white waxy substance that is commonly found under the foreskin. The man should try to cleanse it away gently when he bathes.
