Question
I'm starting to use the ring. I started my period yesterday, which was a Sunday, and I finished today. So I didn't put the ring in. Should I wait and put it in the following Sunday?
Answer
If you are able to remember to remove/replace it midweek, then you can put the ring in now. You do not need to wait until next Sunday (it's just easier to remember to remove/replace the ring if it is the start of the week).
